Outsourcing Services

Cloud-based Services are the latest form of business outsourcing, offering organisations the opportunity to shift critical skills and resources towards more strategic, core-business activities. Included in this family of outsourced services is SaaS, or Software as a Service, whereby businesses can access applications on a monthly subscription basis, and transfer the responsibility for maintaining infrastructures and technologies, upgrading software, and storing and securing data to a service provider. While this service may be new to some, Ké Concepts has been expertly offering its CreditEase Solutions as a SaaS for the past 10 years.

Outsourcing CreditEase as cloud-based service provides our clients with a number of attractive benefits:

  • Lower infrastructure costs as Ke Concepts effectively hosts the software on its own proven and mature platform, accessed through a web browser
  • A fully maintained and secure ASP ‘turnkey’ solution that relieves in-house IT personnel of the tedious but essential routine tasks associated with the solution
  • Clearly defined service level agreements that are aligned with business objectives
  • A consumption-based pricing model allows for attractive pay-as-you-use- pricing
  • Flexible and easily scalable deployments that are fast and easy to roll out
  • That being said, outsourcing may not be a viable option for all, and a number of our larger clients have implemented CreditEase in-house. We apply the expertise gained in managing our own ASP to offer services - typically embedded in an SLA - to assist these clients in maintaining their internal environments in a private cloud-environment.

CreditEase supports virtualisation and our virtualisation credentials are well established within enterprise production environments.

If you would like to arrange a software demonstration please request a demo and a member of the Ké Concepts team will contact you immediately to arrange a convenient time.

Alternatively, if you would simply like some further information, please request a callback.
